Kite-Sailplane
Here's a nifty little idea I thought would make me famous. It's a combination of a kite and a sailplane, where the pilot rides in the kite and drags a small anchor (the anti-kite or anchor foil) in the water. With the proper controls, one should be able to fly above the water while maneuvering like a sailboat. That is to say, one could tack at some angle against the wind, reach cross-wind or run down-wind. It could be very fast, since the dragging anchor is much smaller than the hull of a sailboat.
